National Tour 2006 - 2007
"The
tapestry woven is rich, deep, satisfying and original. This is
adult storytelling at its best."
Andy Harrop-Smith,
Festival at the Edge
The
Twisting Field is an exceptional story, full of heroes and villains,
magic, mystery and fate. The story is told by four of the UK's
finest professional storytellers, Shonaleigh, Nick Hennessey, Amy
Douglas and Simon Heywood. They weave the telling of the tale in
between nine original songs, all newly composed, drawing on folk
music traditions. Enjoy an epic night of storytelling and
music, one which will linger in the imagination long after you've
heard it.
