Since we were last in touch about 4 Tales to Save the World, we’ve been working behind the scenes and in response to the pandemic to bring you something personal, immersive and really rather special!
Welsh singer-songwriter and storyteller, Gwilym Morus-Baird and director, Bethan Dear, have extended four commissioned tales from leading Welsh writers – Kate Hamer, João Morais, Mary-Ann Constantine & Bethan Dear with new music to create four distinct and richly textured sound worlds, imagining Wales after Climate Crisis.
We’ve created a Special Edition Box Set Sound World Experience (£15 + booking fee) which we’ll send directly to you at home – containing a series of exclusively designed postcards, plus download code for 4 x 20 minute recordings of the tales with original music, and an invitation to a live online Q&A event on Sat 13 March. Buy your box set by 4 March to guarantee to receive in time for the Q&A.
Huge thanks to support from Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru | Arts Council of Wales for making this project possible!
